Only the user with the Administrator status add users to the system. The number of users is UNLIMITED. The system can be used simultaneously by an UNLIMITED number of users.
The Administrator is the user who has full access to the system. The user with this status is the first user of the system in the company. The user with the Administrator status is created by the Cropwise support who works with your company, your account manager. The account manager assigns to the Administrator login keys to the system — Login and Password.
Further, the user with the Administrator status can add new users to the system independently.

Only the user with the Administrator status manages users’ access levels to the system.
There are six general user’s Statuses in the system
- No access — Can’t use web-version and mobile apps.
- Machine Operator — Have a limited access to web-version of the system and to the Telematics mobile app. Can only view assigned machines, machine tasks and work summary.
- Regular user — Can use web-version and mobile apps according to the assigned access rights.
- Manager (read-only) — Read-only access to everything.
- Manager — Full access to everything, except managing users and roles.
- Administrator — Full access to everything.
Each user with the Regular User status is assigned his own Role to three group of objects — fields, land parcels and documents, machines:
- Read. Can read data in a selected group / machine region.
- Manage records (field and machine history, agricultural operations, machine tasks, etc.) in a selected group / machine region.
- Full access. Can manage all history and records. Can edit fields and machines: change field boundaries and area, rename, move to other group, etc. Can create and delete fields and machines in a selected group / machine region.
PLEASE NOTE!
Roles are assigned only to the users with the Machine Operator and Regular User statuses.
The access level to the system for users with the Administrator, Manager and Manager (read-only) statuses is regulated by the description of their general Status. By default, such users have access to the entire account, restrict their access to the system to any one field group, a field group folder, machine region etc. it is impossible.
