1) Click again on the Gear/Settings icon at the top right corner of the Main Menu. Go to the Roles tab.
2) At the top right corner of the opened page press the +Add User Role button.
3) Fill in the fields and assign access levels to a new Role on the New User Role page.
- Specify a Role Name. This field is required.
- Choose Users (for instance just created user) whose access levels to the system will be managed by the Role.
- Select a group of objects — Access to Fields, Access to Machinery (the group will be available if the Telematics module is used) or Access to Land Parcels and Documents — regarding that you want to manage user access rights within the Role.
- Select an object, several objects — Fields / Field Group / Folder, Machine Region, Field Group / Folder which parcels belong to — and set the access levels to each within the Role.
- Once you have specified all the details press the Create User Role button in order to save the record in the system.
PLEASE NOTE!
Roles are assigned only to users with the Regular User status.
The access level to the system of users with the Administrator, Manager, Manager (read-only) statuses is governed by a description of their statuses. By default the entire account is available to them, restrict their access to one or several field groups, one or two clusters, etc. is not allowed.
