New users can be created only by the user with the Administrator status (the user who has full access to everything in a company account in the system).
Add New User
Click the Gear Icon, Select User Tab and then Add User
On the New User page enter a new user data. The required fields are marked with asterisk (*):
Name, Email, Status, Interface Language, Time Zone
Once a new user is created - the system will assign them the username and password for login.
PLEASE, NOTE that there are five user’s Statuses in the system:
- No access — Can’t use web or mobile applications.
- Regular user — Can use web or mobile applications according to the assigned access rights.
- Manager (read-only) — Read-only access to everything.
- Manager — Full access to everything, except managing users and roles.
- Administrator — Full access to everything.
Edit users
Click Gear icon , select Users
Locate the user with which you would like to edit their profile or change their password.
Select the Pencil icon on the right corner of the user profile
Change Password
Enter the new password under New Password
If you would like the system to send the user an email with their new login and password, check the box
Select Set new password
