Work planning can be used to plan multiple agro operations across a batch of fields.
Navigate to Work planner by clicking here.
Here is the Work planner dashboard for all work plans created for this farm. The view will default to "All" work plans, but you can filter by status across the top. Additional filters can be found by clicking on (2). Please note the time range set in this dashboard, it will only show work plans a part of the time range selected (3). The columns shown on this dashboard can be selected in (4). Create new work plan in the top right (1).
Set the duration of this Work plan by setting the duration (1). Work plans can be made for any work type in the account (2), this example will be for seeding. Measurements for work subtypes can be added and customized for your account (3). Learn more here: Measurements for work subtypes.
Under Warehouse, you can assign the warehouse where inventory that is applied during these agro operations is pulled from. This will assign the a cost to these agro operations when the WMS portion of the platform is set up. Learn more here: WMS Set Up. Under Application, you can select the products that will be applied in these agro operations:
Next, you will select the fields that these agro operations are to be completed on. Fields can be selected by selection an entire field group (1). They can be selected one by one in the list (3), or by clicking on the field on the map on the right hand side (4). A responsible user can be added to this Work plans (5). Fields can also be selected based on conditions (2):
They can be selected by the crop of the current season. Fields can also be selected by the previous year's crop. For example, if I am seeding all my wheat fields from last year to canola this year, I might select previous crop: wheat.
Select "Add plan" at the bottom to create your work plan.
