Agro operations are a record of any activity that can be done on a field. Agro operations can include everything from seeding, spraying and harvesting to tillage and rock picking. These types of agro operations are classified as work types and we can customize the list available.

Agro operations are classified by status: Completed, In progress, Planned, and Cancelled (1). You can designate both a Planned rate and Fact rate. The Planned rate (2) is the rate you expect the product to be applied at. The Fact rate (3) is the rate the product actually went down at. Many other details can be recorded in an agro operation, such as row spacing and depth (4). The details recorded are dependent on the work type and we can add fields requesting specific data if that is something you require. For example, we can add a field to specify tank mix order on spraying agro operations.
Creating Planned Agro Operation
The amount of product applied can be designated in two different ways: by rate or by amount. If I know I need to apply this product at 0.5 L/ac, I will specify a rate and Cropwise Operations will calculate the amount needed for that field at 0.5L/ac . If I know I have 290L of this product to apply, I will specify the amount, and Cropwise Operations will calculate the rate I need to apply the product at to evenly apply 290L on this field.
