You can schedule scouting tasks within the larger settings menu. Select any item in the the gear menu to open up the larger menu.
Scouting tasks can be assigned by date, after an agro operation, after a change in NDVI of a set degree, or before/after the crop reaches a certain growth stage. In this example, I will assign scouting tasks by date.
Scouting tasks can be created in advance of a selected day, and can be set for a specific duration of days. Scouting tasks can be mass created to all fields seeded to a set crop, or multiple crops.
In this example, my scouting task will be created on May 19 and the assigned user will have a window of May 19-22 to complete this scout. Multiple dates can be selected to schedule reoccurring scouting tasks.
