The user can upload a batch of photos in the Photos Upload tab, Agro section of the Main Menu
- Select Agro
- Photo Uploads
- Drop Photos
- Select the photos that need to be uploaded
- Select upload
Select - Create Scouting report
Field scout reports will be created for the days that photos where taken and designated to the fields with correlating GPS points of the photo.
- The number of photos uploaded at a time is unlimited.
- The size of the uploaded photo is up to 12MB.
- Photos after upload are stored on Google Cloud for 24 hours.
- The number of photos added to the report is unlimited.
The scouting reports created from the uploaded photos will be located in the respected fields that the photos belong too.
Scroll down on the main dashboard of the field and you will see the created scouting reports based on the dates of the photos
Editing and adding to the new reports.

- Add additional information
PLEASE NOTE that the Photos Not Added to a Report section displays photos that:
- do not have GPS coordinates;
- have coordinates that do not belong to any of the company’s fields, i.e. the system cannot define which fields photos belong to. Company’s fields are determined taking into account their activity and shape (the Area&Shapes tab on the Field’s personalized page) as of the creation date of a scouting report.
