To send and manage permissions to a Cropwise organization, click the Settings icon to open the settings menu and select Invite Members.
Note: This process is only available to those who are a Workspace Owner or Organization Administrator to a Cropwise organization.
Capture the email of the member(s) to be invited and then select Next.
Cropwise user permissions can be managed at the Workspace, Organization, or Farm level.
The Workspace Owner role can be assigned to a Cropwise user account, which allows for complete access and control to the workspace and all organizations within. Note: There can be more than one Workspace Owner assigned to a Workspace.
Within the Organization level, there are three main roles that are used when sending or managing user permissions. An Organization Administrator can manage user permissions, manage farms and fields, and delete information throughout the organization. An Organization Collaborator can manage all of the farms and fields within an organization. An Organization Guest has view-only access to the organization.
Within the Farm level, there are three roles that are used when sending or managing user permissions. A Property Administrator can manage farm and field details within a specific farm or farms. A Property Collaborator can view farm details and manage field details within a specific farm or farms. A Property Guest has view-only access to specific farm or farms.
Once the permissions have been granted as desired, select Next to proceed.
The pending permission changes will be displayed, and if correct can be completed by selecting Send invites.
After successfully managing the user permissions, select Done to close the window or Invite more users to start the process over.
If the invited user already has a Cropwise user account, then that user will have permission automatically granted to begin using Cropwise Imagery for the organization at imagery.cropwise.com.
For a user who does not have a Cropwise user account, they will receive an email to Sign up for an account to be able to access Cropwise Imagery.
